Agreement
By creating an account or using PayMade, you agree to these Terms of Service. PayMade is operated by Brylliance.io and TechPulse Asia Business Solutions, Inc. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, the security of your credentials, and all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for any business you represent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no use that infringes the rights of others or your clients.
Plans, trials & billing
Paid plans begin after any free trial. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes may be prorated.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the data you put into PayMade. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf.
Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and update features over time.
Termination
You may stop using PayMade at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other customers.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
