Who we are
PayMade is a CRM, projects and invoicing platform operated by Brylliance.io and TechPulse Asia Business Solutions, Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we process and why.

We collect the account details you provide (name, email, company, billing information), the content you create in your workspace (clients, projects, invoices), and technical data such as IP address, device and usage analytics needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, process payments, send transactional messages (invoices, receipts, reminders), prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
Card and online payments are handled by our payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Data isolation & security
Each customer workspace is logically isolated. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorised personnel. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations.
